Amie Stewart

Pastry Chef

Amie started her career in the hospitality world in a family-run bakery where she underwent her bread and pastry apprenticeship. During this time Amie gained many accolades in the baking industry such as winning the prestigious LA Judge bakery and apprentice of the year for her training centre. These prizes saw Amie travel to Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong and Belgium for training.


Since qualifying Amie moved on to one of the leading pastry shop’s in Toowoomba’s and then later on to us here at Preston Peak. Amie has a passion for the world of food and is loving the change and challenges of the kitchen.
