Meet Rick Osborne, a highly experienced and passionate chef with a remarkable culinary background. From working at London's renowned Le Gavroche restaurant under world-renowned chefs; Albert Roux and Michel Roux Jnr, to honing his craft at Melbourne's three Chef Hat restaurant, Vue de Monde, alongside Shannon Bennett, Rick's journey has taken him far and wide.


Originally from Toowoomba, Rick began his culinary career with apprenticeships at prestigious establishments in Australia. However, his love for exploring global flavors led him to Canada, where he gained invaluable experience with the Fairmont Hotel Group, and later to the UK.


In 2010, Rick returned to his roots and channeled his expertise and passion into creating an exceptional wedding venue in Toowoomba. With a focus on showcasing the finest local and regional produce, Rick and his team offer an acclaimed culinary experience year-round.
